Yes I did have the occasional back pain here and there after overdoing it during the day, but a good hot bath and a good night sleep always fixed things. Until one day.....
.. It was on a Monday morning, after a nice relaxing week-end off. I was reaching for my work boots when suddenly I felt something 'tug' in my back. Suddenly I was in the most excruciating pain. I sat there for a few minutes then got my self up went to work. It wasn't my first backache and said to myself " I'll get over it ". Well, rather than improving like my usual back pain did, it only became worse.
